BRONZE STAR
The Bronze Star is the first Bronze-level certification. It introduces you to lifesaving by teaching you to find solutions to various problems and make decisions as an individual and as part of a team. You’ll learn how to perform resuscitation on a victim who has stopped breathing, and develop the lifesaving skills needed to become your own rescuer.
DURATION :
- 10-12 hours in the pool
PREREQUISITES:
- Be able to swim 100 meters
- Age 11 or over (recommended)
- Swimmer level 6 or equivalent (recommended)
PERIOD OF VALIDITY :
- Valid for life

Only available for ages 14 and under.
If you are 13 years old and older, you can take the Bronze Medallion course.
If you are looking for a swimming course and not a lifesaving course, you can take one of the aqua-ado courses.
